General Order Information
Ordering our amazing color changing products is easy at delsolsandiego.com.
Simply download our PRICE
LIST (PDF) and ORDER
FORM (PDF) right here. You can use this form to shop the items
that interest you when you browse through our web site catalog.
Then, if you live within the U.S., simply call during store hours
Monday through Sunday 10AM - 9PM Pacific Coast time. You can also
fax it in, if you prefer. Remember to include a phone number where
you can be reached if you decide to send it via fax. (In case we
have any questions.) If you live outside the U.S., e-mail us with
what you would like to order. We will respond with shipping options
for you to choose from when completing the order. It's that easy!

U.S. & Foreign Shipping
We do our best to try to ship anywhere in the world where it is
legal to do so. There are a few countries where shipping from the
United States is prohibited. Other than those, we will ship anywhere.
For U.S. orders, call us or fax in your order. Please, if faxing
your order, include a phone number where you can be reached in case
we have questions. Outside of the U.S., e-mail us with what you
would like to purchase. We will respond with the cost of shipping
included. If available, we will give you the option of shipping
methods and prices. We are currently offering
FREE shipping on orders of $95 or more, being shipped to
the same address. Our normal method of shipping within the U.S.
is U.S. Postal Service 2-3 day Priority Mail.
Return Policy
We will exchange any Del Sol products if there is a problem or if
you have purchased the wrong size... If you bought something from
us, you can exchange it for a different item, a different size,
or a gift certificate good at our San Diego California store locations
anytime within 30 days after you get it. Please enclose a copy of
the original receipt. All items must be in SALEABLE
CONDITION. All tags on and absolutely no odors of any kind--like
perfume, food or smoke. We do not credit for shipping charges, either
original or for the return. If you send us an item that is not in
SALEABLE CONDITION, you will be responsible for a return shipping
charge of $10 if you want the item back.
Do we have your size?
We hope so. We try to carry all sizes that are posted available.
However, we do occasionally run out of a size before a reorder can
arrive here. When that happens, we will contact you via e-mail,
if from another country, or by phone. We will offer alternative
choices of items, the option to cancel that item, or the option
to hold your shipment in part or in whole until the item is restocked.
Your choice. Our goal is to ship all orders the same or next day
if at all possible. We know this is important to you.
